We just put our house back on the market after it was on the market for approximately 6 months and never sold. We placed it out on Craigs list and received more hits than the entire time it was with the realitor. Hopefully we will have better luck this time.
That's great! Good luck with that. We actually just got our home appraised this past Saturday. We are reluctant to put it on the market as of yet, because our it was valued at $300,000 less than it was 4 years ago. So, we're gonna wait a while until the market goes back up. I guess we'll see :-)
